The following are some examples of common exceptions.
· The product is not within the warranty period and cannot be returned.
· Unable to provide pictures or video evidence to prove quality problems, non-refundable.
· Collision during transportation, deformation accessories, or product quality problems that are not our responsibility, cannot be returned.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. Provide product pictures, videos and barcodes with quality problems;
2. Assist our company to find the cause of the quality problem;
3. Provide pictures, videos and other evidence to prove the quality of our products, our company will compensate the same product or negotiate a discount between the two parties.
